Product Introduction

1. The exciter adopts thin oil splash lubrication method, which completely solves the defects of high operating resistance, easy heating, large power loss, high oil level and easy oil leakage of immersion lubrication, which is the unique patent of our company that is superior to similar products at home and abroad. The application of this patent greatly improves the efficiency of bearings and lubricating oil, and prolongs the service life of the product;
2. The bearings use special bearings for vibrating screens imported from Germany FAG.
3. The shell of the exciter is cast of ductile iron, which has the characteristics of good thermal stability and not easy to deform, and can be started normally without preheating treatment under extremely low temperature conditions, and the power consumption of the vibrating screen of the same specification is lower.
4. The screen body is welded with special steel plate for pressure vessels, and the beams are all turned accurately to ensure that the wall plates of the screen body are parallel. After finishing, it will not be damaged or deformed for long-term use, which ensures that the exciter has good performance and long service life;
5. The connection between the side plate and the reinforcing beam, the beam and the special-shaped beam are all made of torsional shear high-strength bolts (tensile stress of 900Mpa) for steel structure, which is easier to replace than the connection strength of ring groove rivets (tensile stress is 300Mpa), and at the same time avoids the phenomenon of micro-cracks in the connection bolt hole due to improper riveting.
6.
