Dewatering screen is also called vibrating dewatering screen, high-frequency dewatering screen; It has three major functions: dehydration, desliming and medium removal.
The dewatering screen adopts dual motor self-synchronization technology, universal eccentric block, adjustable amplitude vibrator, which is mainly composed of screen box, shock absorber, support system and motor. The water tension on the surface of the slurry is changed by the excitation force, the slurry water becomes the sieve material through the screen, and the fine material is blocked by the screen to form a filter layer, which is discharged by the vibration force and moves forward under the influence of vibration force, the V-shaped design of the screen surface of the dewatering screen, the main screen plate is -5 degree inclination, the dehydration efficiency is higher, the amplitude is 2-6mm adjustable, which can effectively reduce the loss of fine sand and control it between 5% and 10%.
The dewatering screen can be used in sand and gravel plants, water sand washing, coal preparation plant slime recovery, concentrator tailings dry discharge and other sand washing processes.
