On sale:

2. The use of the manufacturer according to the needs of the project to send a notice, we will immediately send experienced, responsible, capable technicians or engineers to the site to guide the installation, commissioning work and technical consultation, etc., our company promises to respond within 2 hours after receiving the notice, 24 hours to arrive at the user site.

3. Our company will provide free of charge the installation of the "Instruction Manual", equipment assembly drawings, wearing parts list and other copies (one for the archive) to facilitate the buyer's daily inspection and maintenance in the future.

4. Our company will set up a special team to formulate a service plan to guide the installation and commissioning in detail.

5. Our company will train technical and operational personnel for the demander free of charge.

 

After-sales:

1. During the warranty period, in the case of your company's correct use of equipment, our company implements preferential policies of repair, replacement and return.
