How it works
When the bucket sand washing machine is working, the motor drives the four corner wheels to rotate slowly after deceleration through the V-belt, reducer and gear, and rolls under the drive of the chain bucket, and grinds between the sand and gravel, so as to remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel, and at the same time destroy the water vapor layer covering the sand particles, which can promote dehydration. At the same time, water is continuously added to the sand washing machine to form a strong water flow, so that impurities and foreign substances with a relatively small overall proportion are discharged from the overflow port along the water flow to complete the cleaning function. The clean sand and gravel are lifted by the bucket, and the sand and gravel are poured into the discharge chute from the upper corner wheel to complete the cleaning of the sand and gravel.
