Using NJ exciter, no oil seal design, thin oil lubrication, never oil leakage.
Each NJ shaker uses two bearings, which has a longer service life, is installed from the outside to the inside, and is fastened with torsion shear bolts, which are not easy to loosen and easier to disassemble and maintain.
The bearings use special bearings for vibrating screens imported from FAG from Germany.
The horizontal arc design of the screen makes the material distribution more uniform, the screening efficiency is higher, and the best screening efficiency is achieved.
Double-axis self-synchronization, large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, smooth material screening, not easy to plug holes and materials.
