During work, the sand and gravel grind each other to remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel and destroy the water vapor layer covering the sand particles, and complete the cleaning and impurity removal function under the strong water flow. It is suitable for washing, grading, impurity removal in metallurgy, building materials, hydropower and other industries, and is suitable for the washing operation of fine-grained and medium-grained materials, and is especially suitable for construction sand and road construction.

It has three functions: cleaning, dehydration and grading.
The single machine has a capacity of up to 350 t/h, and the cleaning and lifting are carried out at the same time.
